Multiple Dental Implants - Abilene, TX

Get a Complete, Functional Smile Back

Dental Implants Are the Solution

If you’re missing multiple teeth you know how difficult or uncomfortable it is to eat, talk, and even smile. You may be feeling self-conscious about your gapped smile, but the thought of wearing a partial denture makes you cringe. The good news is that you don’t have to choose a removable denture or a conventional dental bridge! A dental implant bridge is your solution to permanently replace your multiple missing teeth so you can get a complete, functional smile back. We offer dental implants in Abilene, TX in order to provide a stable foundation for a partial bridge of teeth that won’t need help from your existing teeth to stay in place. They’re surgically placed into your jawbone to act like natural tooth roots, so your dental implant bridge can’t be removed like a partial denture. The process for receiving a dental implant bridge requires the aesthetic planning and surgical skill of our experienced cosmetic and implant dentists to ensure beautiful, long-lasting results.

Expect an Efficient, Comfortable Treatment

Step One: Consultation and Planning

Your consultation is designed to be both an evaluation of your smile and oral health as well as a time where we can discuss your smile goals. We’ll take 3D scans of your mouth using our CBCT imaging technology. This will show us the quality of your bone in great detail so we can determine if bone grafts are needed. These scans also help us pre-plan your surgery and design the custom surgical guide we’ll use. The next step is to have your dental implants placed!

Step Two: Dental Implant Surgery

Dental implant surgery is an efficient process with our use of the custom surgical guide, and only requires a local numbing agent at the treatment site. However, many of our patients request additional sedation, including nitrous oxide and oral sedation, to help you relax during your surgery. Then, using your custom surgical guide, Dr. Leedy will place the dental implants into your jawbone. This guide assists him in placing the implants at the precise angle and depth to be secure in your bone and to ensure your dental implant bridge is aesthetic and functional. We also employ advanced healing techniques, taking a sample of your blood to concentrate growth factors, to help accelerate healing of the tissues at the surgical site. If the implant has sufficient primary stability, we can attach a temporary restoration to give you function and aesthetics while your bone and gum tissues heal.

Step Three: Final Restoration

Your mouth will require a healing phase for about 3-4 months after your surgery before you can receive your final restoration. During this recovery stage, your natural bone is integrating around the implant post. This process is why a dental implant post can be compared to a natural tooth root. We’ll design and create your dental implant bridge while you are healing. This dental bridge is made from incredibly durable and strong materials and colored to look natural, matching your existing teeth. When your mouth is healed, you’ll return to our office to have this final dental implant bridge attached. With proper care, this restoration has the potential to last for decades.

Choose the High-Quality Investment

You can opt for a conventional dental bridge or partial denture to replace multiple missing teeth. But a dental bridge and partial aren’t long-term solutions or true investments in the health and function of your smile.

A dental implant bridge won’t need any natural teeth for support and will provide additional stimulation to your jawbone. They can last for decades, too, giving you many amazing benefits and a beautiful smile. Dental implant treatment at Leedy Dental is incredibly high quality.

We only use reputable manufacturing companies for our dental implant and restorative materials. And we invest in specific technologies that provide precision surgery and virtually flawless restorations.

We provide all of this in our Abilene, TX office, ensuring superior quality care and a more streamlined cost. Our fee for a dental implant bridge is all-inclusive. Bone grafts or sinus lifts, advanced healing, sedation, implant and restorative materials, surgical costs—all is included in your dental implant cost.

We’ll help you afford this amazing investment in your smile with our third-party financing. Without financial limitations holding you back, you can get a new smile with a dental implant bridge—and improve your health, function, and confidence long-term!
